Being in a woman’s body, you’re definitely holding a huge responsibility for your own self, your neighbors, and the society.
Life is no game to play. Time is not idle to be wasted. Every second of every day are life’s challenges to grow more maturely, loving, compassionate, responsible, yet holding a child-like innocence.
There’s no script to become a real model as a woman in society. There’s no blueprint on how to become a genuine leader. Because being a leader, a woman, and a model is not a show—it’s just pure love and concern.
When it comes to being a leader, gender is out of the story.
No matter who you are. No matter what your position or situation in society may be, as long as someone was inspired in your good deeds and your actions are in accordance with the scriptures, then you are qualified to be a leader.
Though there are no black and white answers on how to become a leader as a woman, still not all women are designed to become one. Others are only inclined to follow because in this world, society is designed to have leaders and followers.
If you have the four qualities or inclinations listed below, then use your God-given gift in a good way.
4 Great Qualities of Women Leaders
1. God-fearing.
Leaders of today are not at all following scriptural injunctions. While a perfect system and behavior of mankind are all written in these holy books, still more and more are searching for the perfect system on how to make the world a better place.
The scriptures simplify our lives and if leaders use the rules and regulations of these books, then life could’ve been perfect.
2. Humble.
If you could lower down yourself and listen to your constituents’ woes, then a good woman as a leader can put up a fair and unbiased law that everyone can be benefitted.
Arrogant women are at times evicted in the position of being a leader. Not only is this quality damaging in society, a lot of the constituents are generally neglected and unheard.
3. Take risks.
Like a loving mother, a woman as a leader ignores the rules and takes risks for the welfare of the general. Let the real you move your very being and make good deeds for everyone’s wellbeing.
4. Dependent but wise.
In every period of a woman’s life, she should always be dependent from her elders, teachers, and superiors. There’s no such as thing as an independent woman.
Women are, by nature, created to be inferior to men. This allows women to make the world a better place. Every woman should teach their sisters to submit to a wise and advanced superior.
Though you are the leader, bowing down and following your superior’s good advice does not degrade your position.
Act According to the Natural Tendency of a Woman. Mind and Body.
Women are by nature loving, soft-hearted, smart, childlike, multi-tasking, caring, dependent, creative, resourceful, and calm. Simply by acting towards your natural tendencies and inclination, you could make the world peaceful and happy.
Being a leader doesn’t mean that you become grumpy, dominating, authoritarian, and dictatorial.
Being a leader simply means you’re acting in a position where you take care of the everyone’s well-being lovingly, whole-heartedly, consciously, and in accordance to the scriptures. After all, being a boss where everyone is bowing down to you isn’t fun at all.
Lighten up someone’s life, give them the knowledge on how to become really happy and contented, and everything will just fall into place without pushing yourself to be recognized as a great woman and leader.
